General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 29win and all users of its platform. By creating an account on 29win or by using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms set out below.

Account Registration

Maintaining an active account on 29win is mandatory for all members. A member may operate only one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member must provide accurate and complete information, including name, date of birth, and contact details.
• A valid and active mobile number or email address must be provided.
• If the information provided is false or misleading, 29win reserves the right to close the account at any time.
• A person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Members must update their information immediately whenever any change occurs.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

29win conducts an identity verification process to ensure security. Members may be asked to submit a copy of their national identity card or passport when requesting large withdrawals or when account protection requires it. If verification fails, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended.

Age Restriction

To join 29win, a member must be at least 21 years of age. At the time of registration, the member confirms the accuracy of their stated age. 29win may request a copy of a national identity card or birth certificate for age verification at any time.

If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the full account balance may be forfeited. Where minors are present in the household, guardians should take responsibility to ensure they cannot access 29win or any similar platform.

Account Security

Each member is responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. 29win will never ask for a member's password by phone, email, or any other means.

4.1 Member Responsibilities

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Always log out after signing in from an unfamiliar device.
• If you detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access, notify 29win support immediately.
• The member is solely responsible for any loss resulting from a breach of their account security.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may sell, transfer, or lease their account to anyone else. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

29win supports only the payment methods listed below. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; such funds will be returned.
• 29win reserves the right to cancel any suspicious transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be sent only via the same method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 29win may temporarily suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

29win offers various bonuses for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms that should be read carefully before accepting.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500 in gaming funds.
• Deposit ৳8,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳13,000 in gaming funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply when accepting the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion must be used within a specified validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 29win may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 29win reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules

All games on 29win operate under a fair play policy. Each game has specific rules that should be read before starting.

7.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned under applicable rules, the bet will be considered void.
• If abnormal odds appear due to a technical error, 29win reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets accepted late in live betting may be considered invalid.

7.2 Casino Games & Slots

29win's casino section features games from top providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, and NetEnt. Every game is powered by an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Game outcomes are completely fair and random — there are no predetermined results.

7.3 VIP Program

29win has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Higher tiers offer various benefits and weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The authority to determine and change VIP tier status rests entirely with 29win.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities below will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

8.1 Strictly Prohibited

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonus benefits or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical exploit.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction.
• Attempting to hack an account or steal another member's information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or manipulating the system.
• Completing transactions using third-party funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving indecently toward other members.

8.2 Suspicious Activity

29win monitors suspicious activity and conducts investigations when necessary. Accounts and funds may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. 29win will take appropriate action based on the outcome of the investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 29win

29win may suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• In the event of suspicious financial transactions.
• Upon finding evidence that the person is a minor.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure by Member

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the 29win support team. Before submitting a closure request, all active bets must be settled and any remaining funds must be withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

29win strives to provide the best service on its platform. However, 29win's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• 29win is not liable for service disruptions caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government orders.
• The member is solely responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to their account due to their own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, 29win will endeavor to restore it as soon as possible.

The member acknowledges that online gaming carries financial risk and that the possibility of loss is always present. 29win supports responsible gaming and advises members to only use funds that, if lost, would not negatively affect their financial life.
